We are pleased to announce the launch of Library Service Desk via our Virtual Help Centre. You can reach us by email at email@example.com or via APSpace (Help Centre - Library). The service desk has a new ticketing system that allows patron to raise a ticket on the services that they wish to enquire about; and the ticket gets routed to the respective librarians who can help.
A helpdesk ticket will be created spontaneously whenever you call or email us. You may check the helpdesk status or add comments/respond to your existing ticket. If we need to guide you through remotely (including screen sharing), you will be contacted via a Microsoft Teams call or telephone call from us.
We are continuously monitoring and modifying how we can continue to support you with your studies, research and teaching requirements. With this new support ticketing system, we hope to serve you better!
